Gold Coast Mahjong invites you to pack your cowboy hat, boots and your NMJL card, and join us for an immersive Mahjong experience in the Fort Worth Stockyards,  November 9th-11th, 2026.

What’s Included:

  • 2 nights of accommodations at Hotel Drover

  • Tuesday Morning Mahjong Brunch
  • Tuesday Night Mahjong in the Stockyards - 5-10pm in the Fort Worth Stockyards.  Taste of Texas dinner, 2 hours of American Mahjong with prizes, followed by two hours of live music and a country dance party!

  • Farewell morning mahjong session

Retreat Pricing (per person) - Please register independently and indicate who will be in your room in the notes:

    • Single Occupancy (King Room):  $3,250/pp
    • Double Occupancy (Queen/Queen Room): $2,700/pp

If you prefer to pay in a deposit structure, please email goldcoastmahjongclub@gmail.com and we will invoice you a 50% deposit.  50% deposit is due immediately to secure your reservation and is non-refundable.

TENTATIVE Itinerary:

Monday, November 9th - 

  • 3 PM - Check-in
  • 4:30–6:30 PM – Welcome Cocktails + Mahjong at Hotel Drover
  • Dinner on your own

Tuesday, November 10th -

  • 9:00-11:00am - Mahjong & Breakfast in the Stockyards
  • Daytime activities and additional experiences at Hotel Drover and in the Stockyard
  • 5:00-10:00pm - Mahjong Party in the Stockyards - Taste of Texas Dinner, 2 hours of Mahjong with Prizes, Live Music - country dance party!  TICKETS FOR NON-RETREAT GUESTS AVAILABLE HERE

Wednesday, November 11th - 

  • 9:30–11:30 AM – Farewell Mahjong 

Please note:

Additional meals, experiences and spa treatments are not included in the retreat fee.

A final itinerary will be sent in mid-October

Cancellation Policy:
  • 50% deposit is non-refundable
  • Balance is due on October 1st, 2026 and after that point is non-refundable
  • Tickets are transferrable until October 28, 2026
